The room was incredibly comfortable with a spacious bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows, and I was very impressed with the central heating, pay television, and the safe available in the room.

Upscale and fairly clean place, beautiful view of Cathedral. Magnificent setting, near Easy to get to all the local shops and attractions, all the beautiful shops very walkable to Duomo and far enough from the maddening crowd, and Malpensa.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the exclusive shopping district. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in this lovely area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The hotel is in a great location, near the famous shopping street via della Spiga and in the center of Milan. It is very close to the main shopping area, perfect for those who want to indulge in a shopping spree. The room was well-sized and of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not great, as some road noise could be heard.

We had an amazing stay at Baglioni Hotel in Milan! This was our first visit to the city, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff, especially Mathijs Fonville, Limo Pasculli, and Umberto, were exceptional and made us feel so welcome. The service was top-notch, from the reservation team to the valet, concierge, bar, and restaurant staff. The location was perfect, close to Via della Spiga and a short walk to Piazza del Duomo. The interior design was lovely, and our room was immaculate. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and affordable price. Grazie, and see you soon!

Beautiful location with a main entrance from via Senato, with an adjacent luxury shopping street. The rooms are well-decorated and traditional. The staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast is served in a lovely lounge and garden room.

The complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle were a nice touch. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and restaurants.

It was tiny and outdated with a poor view. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise from outside made it hard to sleep.

Fantastic service from the staff, especially Emanuelle in reception. They went above and beyond to assist me when I sprained my ankle, even sending someone out to buy me a bandage. The location is perfect for exploring the fashion district and famous sites in the city. The rooms are traditional and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a great variety of local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel for its service, location, and quality.

Fantastic location and a truly elegant decor. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay, even offering complementary champagne after a dining mishap. The concierge worked hard to please me and I appreciated their effort.
